SSANZ B&G SIMRAD Two Handed Triple Series 2012

Want to challenge yourself ? Join in on New Zealand's biggest Two Handed Series. Last year saw over 170 Entries making the series, even bigger than the Coastal Classic for numbers of boats! With 3 races spaced approximately one month apart and courses to cater for all sizes of keelboat (and multihulls) SSANZ has come up with a successful formula that just gets better every year. The SIMRAD Two Handed Triple Series is a must do event. So Download the Notice of Race, Enter online, organise a crew and come join the fun !

Amendments

Amendment 1: 1.7 Will be amended to read:
In One-Design divisions the relevant Class Rules will apply. The Class Rules for Pied Pipers will be those allowing the use of prods and gennakers as authorised by the Pied Piper Class Owners Association Committee. The Class Rules for the Young 88 division will be modified to allow them to carry and use an additional No. 1 Spinnaker
Amendment 2: 6.1 B&G Simrad 50 Smallboat Course:
Will be amended to read:
Start passing Browns Island (starboard), rounding Rocky Bay Buoy (port), passing Motuihe Island (port), rounding Motutapu Island (port), passing Rangitoto Island (port) to finish Orakei Wharf.
Amendment 3: 14.2 Shall be amended to read
All boats are required to contact Coastguard on VHF Channel 80 or 82 after passing and/or rounding the following:
B&G SIMRAD 50 B&G SIMRAD 100
Longhaul - Kauri Point Waiheke Longhaul - Channel Island and again
Shorthaul - Motuihe Green Buoy After clearing Little Barrier
Smallboat - After passing Crusoe Rock Shorthaul Course 1 - Little Barrier
B&G SIMRAD 60 Shorthaul Course 2 - Tarahiki Island
Amendment 4: 6.1 B&G Simrad 50 Smallboat Short Course:
Will be amended to read:
Start rounding Saltworks Buoy (starboard), Northern Leading Buoy (port), Islington Bay Red Buoy (starboard), Motu Korea Buoy (starboard), Northern Leading Buoy (port) to finish Orakei Wharf.
Amendment 5: 14.2 Shall be amended to read
